actually gregtech mod replaced the mass fabricator by a matter fabricator which is ALOT more expensive to make. You will have to disable gregtech to have the regular mass fabricator.

They will release it soon. They're actually at 89.1 % of finishing updating the new mod pack

not necessarily disable whole gregtech, just find ...\FTBBETAA\minecraft\config\GregTech.cfg config file, find Massfabricator=false line and change false to true

Could someone post the installation instructions?
Everytime I want to play it gives me some error with Forge.
