How to make a Spammer and Crossfire Crosshairs

Okay. This is my first tutorial on how to make a Crossfire Crosshair. You will need to download these items:
Visual Basic Latest Update
FrameWork Latest Update to Open it.
To make the Crosshair,

Step 1: Open Visual Basic/ VB
Step 2: Name a new project Crosshair
Step 3: Put this: 2 Buttons.
Step 4:Name button number 2 :Stop/Name Button 1 : Start
Step 5: Add new Form and Name it: Punkt
Step 6: In properties make the start position in CenterScreen
Step 7: Make "Topmost" ==True
Step 8: Make form board style == None
Step 9: Make size== 5,5

Step 10: Make biggest size == 5,5
Step 11: Make smallest size == 5,5
Step 12: Make minimize box == False
Step 13: Make Maximize box == False
Step 14: Make the back color Red in custom
Step 15: Go to the first form and click double clicks start button and type this: Punkt.Show() and on stop button put this: Punkt.Close()

Step 16: Click save all.
Step 17: Select your folder to keep the Crosshair In
Step 18: Debug the folder
You are now done with making the Crosshair! I would make a video but i dont have anything to record it with. Im sorry but the Crosshair is a dot untill i do more work on it but for now i am going to study for the Finals next week. Wish me luck!
