I think I've owned all the gameboys up to the DS.

Yeah i have had a few stolen in the past or lost/broke but i try to keep them around so i have something for all age groups when the time comes

I've owned every itiration of the Gameboy since the series began including its spiritual predecessor, the Game & Watch (had 3 of them). Had a NES, SNES, 64 all given away to friends and family. Have a PSX and a PS3 (skipped the PS2). Had 2 xBox's but threw out one because it was modded to the extreme but the HDD corrupted and half the internals are fried, now I just have a stock one. Don't think I'll ever get another console again. Plenty of decent shit to do on the PC, more so than any other console, especially now that I'm working full time and have no reason to own anything that can do split screen.

How many gaming consoles DID I own?

I had nearly all the older consoles:
NES, PS1, Genesis, N64(I had about 3 of these, all given away to relatives, charity, etc), Dreamcast, PS2, Gamecube. That's it.

Well, most were given away or stored away and I don't know where they are haha!
