You have been banned from CA. When you get banned from CA it only stops you from playing CA, you can still play maplestory or whatever else it is that you play by nexon

Go on their website to see if it is a permanent ban or not.

If it is, just create another account

If you've been banned, especially for hacking, then your chances with nexon are pretty much 0% Their tight as fuck!
