Privet server skills wz edits?

i know in 115 privet servers changing the dmg or % that the skill would give you worked
but im playing a 117 ms and i changed my phantom skills so i would do cap dmg but the only thing that changed is the number when i hit
but it wouldnt hit cap it would only hit like 20 k or something anyone know why

You have a lot of spelling errors and grammatical errors, so I'm not sure what you are trying to actually ask/say. But I have a general idea. You cannot change the damage cap through WZ Editting, you can change the number display so you can do the cap but it'll say you're doing a lot more than the cap.

The damage cap is client sided, so you'd have to edit the client. Sometimes, the private server owner, usually edits the client so the cap is 2.147.... instead of the 999999 damage cap.
