No you're not spamming , stupid members are just stupid .
On your problem , is it a "Ping" lag problem or "FPS" lag ?
If it's Ping lag that means you're far from the servers and nees a better internet connection ( higher download speed ) .
If it was a FPS problem that means you need to have a better PC or just upgrade your "Graphics card" & "RAM".
Gamebooster won't help alot , it will provide 5-15 FPS boost.
