There's not really a physical way to get your OWN premium Minecraft account.

Though, you can get premium accounts that aren't yours such as alts (which what they're called nowadays). Anyways, there's numerous ways to get them.

Like above said, you can use a Minecraft account cracker and get one. You can be given one from a friend, get one through a giveaway or something like that. Other than that - there's no other way to get a premium Minecraft account. I recommend you buy your own.
