air wall pass glitch help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

So i downloaded fraps and set the FPS 5. But when i press my Hotkey it just turn my FPS 100...not 5. its not even laggy at all when i press my hotkey plz help me i jump and crouch and press hotkey it wont lag me in...

u have to lock it on to 5 FPS
