Thoughts on asrock?

Trying to decide weather I should buy a
ASRock 990FX Extreme3 motherboard or an ASUS M5A99FX-PRO-R2
The motherboard I am currently using is an ASrock 880GM LE FX (in other words micro ATX piece of shit)
Since I'm using a micro ATX motherboard I'm not really wanting to judge ASrock just yet :L
I've heard that ASrock is just pretty much a copy of ASUS only that it comes with 1 year less warranty or something?
but in this case, I'm buying it from a place that offers 3 years warranty on both mobo's.
I will also be buying a AMD FX 8120 8 core processor (don't try convince me to change to intel please -.-)
SoOoOoOoOo whats your opinion?

Honestly both motherboards are pretty similar in price and performance... I think now it really comes down to which color suits you best?

ASRock is pretty much Asus.
Asus owns Pegatron which owns ASRock.

Funny cause I had a Gigabyte motherboard that least 3-4 years, a GTX 580 I was running since June 2011, a graphics card from March 2011 still working now which I sold to my friend.

Mkay so all micro atx motherboards are bad now? Get lost with your biased opinions. And unless you are rendering, an i3 2100 will do a better job at gaming than an turddozer from amd.

For intel cpu's (1155) get an asrock extreme 4, best price/performance
For amd cpu's (am3+) get any 990fx chipset from asrock
