HOW TO FIX LAG/PING/STATUS

Normally my ping is always 260-320 so i lag and i lives near Madagascar (Mauritius) and if Is there any program help me to change my ip server of game and make it a new one near uk to stop lag. OR Something to stop my lag please. MY BEST PING IN UK IS 260 AND SERVERS SUCKS PING IS 350-800.

I WANT A PING BELOW 200-150 IT WILL BE FINE

I already said in all servers i get 400+ only in uk is 260
