What is up with all these Lying dirtbags trying to tell him that "my 7850 runs bf3 ultra no problem" no just no that is a lie unless you call drops down to 25 fps "totally fine" @sasuke48 if you are wanting to play bf3 at ultra with minor drops to about 55 fps minimum you are going to want a Nvidia gtx 670 or a Radeon HD 7970 these cards can run the game at around 70 Fps stable even on Gulf of oman which is a known performance killer. The problem with these card are that they cost around 400 $ so unless you can find a good second hand one you will have too save up some more money.

All the top three are the same, your playing and all of a sudden your BF3 windows just goes away.
I can fix this for you, just send $300 (U.S.) to.... :}

The above is because your OS ask your video card how things are going, Yet BF3 keeps
the video card too busy for it to reply in time so the OS shuts the problem down (BF3).

A registry entry can be added to stop this behavior, go here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\GraphicsDrivers
add the REG_DWORD TdrLevel to 0 (disable it).

BF3 won't be crashing anymore for you, at least it fixed my problems long ago.

flicking so it's custom, most are ultra, some different. FPS > 60, vert sync disabled.

$300 dollars or more is useless because its just a waste of money if your just gonna play games with it............,those cards are meant for dual monitor or video editing, and i mean WTF? why would u spend 300 dollars or more when u can run ultra settings on nvidia GTX 560 ti? i have 560 ti i run ultra, and why would you want to waste money just on graphics card for the ultra setting? graphics is not the point, the game play is ..............
