Lag Comp

i have experienced bad lag comp which means bad bullet detection. I need help fixing this problem, i have set my search preference to "Best", i have switched to wired connection, and i have 60fps with 4 bars. The game will not render bullets for me most of the time. Only sometimes do i get lucky with fast render speed, but it's usually like this i ask someone for help.
