    If you want a legit key you will have to make a new steam account and rebuy Arma II OA, and then use a CD Key changer to change the CD Key. You can also buy a stolen one from these forums pretty cheap, but they could be banned or in use.

    Just search for a legit seller, who gives enough warranty on your key!

    most of the time when u play legit, your key will be just fine
