Learning the basics of C++ is a start... Learn functions, structures, classes, pointers, enumerations, algorithms, loops and some pre-processor stuff. There is a lot to learn before you can just do it.. You also need to learn the data structures and all that... D: Alot to learn so go learn!

If you catch on quickly with experience of other languages that C++ I recommend either viewing some other code and learning from that or googling "Fleep Hacks" He has pretty good tutorials on how to make dll's find static addresses ect on his channel.

I agree completely, learning some Python, Java, and HTML5 really helped me to pick this up quickly.
