if you want it exact them make a new layer and place it at the very bottom of your layer list (so it isnt visible yet) or you can click the eye to make it non-visible. Then fill it black, take your ploygon selection marquee tool and select the areas you want to keep, invert the selection then delete so you are only left with the border area instead of the entire black frame. then re-select that area, copy, paste and use free transform to flip it vertically, then move it down to the bottom (or top depending on which you did first) using this method ensures that the one you copied is the same size and dimensions of the first one, so basically a mirror of the original which looks alot nicer than having 2 that are different sizes :/

it is a movie....very gorey, rather insane.

a class of kids get drugged and taken to an island surrounded by cliffs to participate in "Battle Royale" a survival program that was created. The participants are fitted with exploding neck collars to prevent defection...they must participate. The program itself has a pemice of a game, the "players" must go out onto the island and....kill eachother in order to survive and pass, every day a person is selected and "removed" from the game via the collar...it is a pretty brutal movie.

Before the program even starts....while they are explaining it actually, a girl gets a knife in the forehead and another has their collar explode :/...that is what the image on the right of the sig represents.

Sounds alot like Mortal Kombat.

well the lasso tool has 3 functions you can change too...the second one is the polygon selection marquee tool (looks like a boxy/polygonal version of the lasso tool) just right click the lasso to change it.
