[Need help] Combat Arms won't open - No pop up error?

I just recently updated Combat Arms to the latest patch. It patched successfully with no errors.
I try to open Combat Arms, and it doesn't open. I figure, my computer is not a gaming machine, and I'm using wireless G, so I waited 30 minutes, and still, nothing.
So, I thought, why not restart? It works for everything else!
So.. Two minutes later, I'm in Windows. I double click Combat Arms, click 'GAME START,' and wait.
Five minutes later I opened up Chrome, and started to right this post.
Please help!

maybe u still have an old hack thats outdated

I will try re-installing.
