u know that doesnt make any sense becaue i am a choob but i dont flame and spam so idk about u but i dont think thats fair because ppl like me should beable to download hacks as well as the rest of you. I also am somewhat on your side i think that choobs who spam or flame the maximum of 3 times should have to have 100 posts to download hacks but thats just my opinion...

25 is too little. People will spam their way up there and then stop posting.

Maybe it should be 25 to start off with and then 5 more posts for each proceeding release.
