I searched in comp files but hmm ,maybe i didnt searched enough

I believe it was either in action_player or expression_evy. I just changed the shield numbers to a really high value.

can any on make a unlimited stamina please because the other mod isnt complete for eg the spinning on spear lann required stamina or a basic dodge on lann

If you use any of Lann's buffs, like Berserk, Slashing High, or possibly even Fury Infusion, he gets a ton of stamina. I doubt you'd ever need more than that.

That's true but fiona not looking so hot on stamina :/ im not 38 yet for that shield fix sp move but im not sure if that even consider being a buff.
