Just leave it one for a couple of days, and by that I mean the whole day. If my Asian calculations are right you'll get at maximum 2 Gems of Nulgath per 30 minutes, so 60 minutes will give us 4 Gems of Nulgath. If we multiply 4 with how many hours(60 mins) that your character is botting. Let's use the example of a whole day, so 4x24= 96.
Conclusion:
Botting in 24 hours for Gems of Nulgath, will get you at maximum of 96 Gems of Nulgath per day(excluding lag issues). Please do correct me if I wrong, I made this with estimations based on previous attempts. It's more based on luck and the amount of time it takes for you to kill the Mana Golem.

I wish i was that lucky, it takes 25 minutes just for me to finish one Nulgath(larvae) quest. And about 3/4 hours just to get a gem
Takes forever for the mana golem to drop the mana energy :l

Leave the bot on overnight. I'm pretty sure The Gem of Nulgath's cannot stack that high (96).

its logs u out most of the time doesnt accept the drops and you have to start again

You don't have to use drudgen when you can enter the quest id (555).

Also.. If it logs you out. Then use the Auto Relogin function.
IF THAT doesn't work
then use the Mana Golem bot.
