Best operating system for a new hacker

Hello i am new to hacking and havent got any hacks or know how to do it(btw im running on vista).so i was wondering what operating systems you use and the ones that best for CA hacks.

P.S. if some one could plz pm or post somthing that could tell me everything i need to do to get hacks for CA plz

Well the best operating system for any kind of hacking is obviously Windows XP. Mainly because there are virtually no problems at all when it comes to XP. If you have the option, i would switch to XP right away if you plan to do any sort of hacking.

About 60-100 bucks is the price range.
