Referral Link not working [?]

Hey guys, I need your help on something. I used my own referral link to sign up accounts, but how come on my primary account I dont see any pending nor complete invitations? My secondary account is already past lvl 5 yet I dont see that anywhere on my 2.0 Referral page and I'm getting worried. Is it a bug that has to do with Riot or do I have to wait for lvl 10 for anything to show up? Thanks.
