the females all ready are at a disadvantage,how I hear you cry. well simple have them hold a heavy weapon and tell them to run now do the same with a male she runs a lot slower and they burn up a lot more stamina in the process.

also they have changed the recoil for a female if they hold a MiMI the go all over the place but if they hold a UMP its about the same as a man
