So in other words, Hinduism and Buddhism, the two Dharmic Religions, which are both older than any Abrahamic religion, any follower would be considered a Pagan. During the Crusades, Christians would kill any Pagans they encountered, and Muslims of course. Christians considered anyone non-Christian to be Pagans. I'm not sure if Jews were included, but it's kinda ironic.
