[Request/help please]

So, i'm wondering, is there a single player mod for any/all of the following maps? (i know there's cherno,namalsk,tav,and panthera)

Thirsk (kinda un-popular map, but imo epic.)
Fallujah( with the ai, this would rock imo.)
Lingor island (never played it much, now my account is global'd so meh this would be fun to add to the list of single player maps.)
Celle- i always liked this little map, dunno why, but i always imagined this as a great single player map.
Takistan- Never found a server, but watched videos on it, would be nice to play with Ai on. xD
Zargabad- I never even knew about this untill a youtuber i'm subed to made a vid on it xD
utes- i loved this map ~_~

I'm just curios, and also if there aren't how hard would it be to make them into SP missions?

Yeah xD i saw the cherno/namalsk/Taviana/panthera i was just wondering if any of the maps i listed had a Sp mode since i googled but couldnt find any of them ._.
But yeah, i got the four maps from here that are sp (daizy i think is the name of the sp missions)
