You want a shitload of protein. Eat steak, fucking lots of steak. When you're sick of steak, eat the shit out of tuna steaks. Want something different? Go for chicken breasts and some fucking eggs. Dunno what to cook this shit with? Olive Oil, Safflower Oil, Almond Oil, Flaxseed Oil are viable. Don't worry about the smoke points, you don't want to overcook your meats anyway.
Next up you want balanced carbs. This means eating healthy cereals for breakfast everyday, preferably oat based. Don't forget to add rice and potatoes for sides to your steak. Have some pasta if your sick of meat and sides.
To help you shit properly, eat lettuce, broccoli, asparagus (sauteed asparagus is the food of legends), spinach and don't forget to slice up some peppers for garnish. It goes without saying that cooking and eating with onions and garlic will help your diet along.
Want snacks? Eat fucking fruit. As much as you bloody like. Sick of fruits? Eat some bloody nuts.
Peanut butter sandwiches well get you nowhere really slow. If you follow a robust and healthy diet, with eating as much as you want you can half that time by bulking in the right places.

Problem is, i have barely an appetite, so my stomach is really small at the moment but i have been drinking tons a water a day to stretch it out and then i was just joking about the peanut butter sammichs, seein ppls reaction .. it was just an idea from my Recruiter.. but imma just start drinking protiene shakes and eatn lots of protien food
