Although we have a League of Legends wiki here on MPGH it is quite dead and inactive.
I put forward the idea to introduce an official editor group for members of this section, and Dave has stated to me that if i can get people willing to help out on the wiki then there will be Official Editor positions given out to the most active wiki editors in this section.
What is a Editor?
A Editor is a person who is well spoken in English and has the time to write and contribute to the League of Legends Wiki.
The requirements to be a Editor are:
* Must have an strong interest and be extremely knowledgeable in League of Legends
* Must be able to word one's self and write well written English (all of the content must be written, none of it can be copy pasted).
* Must have a significant amount of time to contribute and maintain the wiki.
The Responsibilities of an Editor are:
* Write and organize content.
* Moderate and edit user submitted pages and content.
* Ensure that the game news and other user submitted content gets to the frontpage.
* Work with other editors to ensure that the wiki is up to date.
* Take screenshots, find pictures, structure and format user content.
* Actively participate in the development of the wiki, inactivity will not be accepted.
The Benefits of being an Editor are:
* [MPGH] Infront of your name & name color
* User-tag
* Bigger Avatar
* Custom profile designs
* Access to Editor and Level2 Section
* No post count restriction when applying for name / user title changes

What happens after i apply?
If you are chosen to become an editor for the LoL Wiki then you will receive a PM from me announcing you as Trial Editor.
As a Trial Editor you must prove to me that you're suitable to the position and actually want to dedicate your time to Edit the Wiki.
Your responsibilities as a Trial Editor are the same as a normal Editor, however you will not receive any benefits. Once you have significantly shown me you have the dedication it takes to become a full editor, you will be promoted and enjoy all the Benefits of an Editor including a name tag and color.
Who am i working for?
You will be working under me, most of the time you are free to edit the wiki as you see fit with useful content however there will be some situations in which i will personally instruct you on what to do. Remember as a LoL Wiki editor you will never be alone, i'll be contributing to the wiki and you'll have the assistance of your other fellow Editors.

I get news from every single part, Got like 10 pages liked on facebbok, following 8 LoL-related twitters and also I'm constantly checking the Dash board of lolking and Reddit.
The fact i've experienced a lot in this game makes me the perfect Editor, or the Editor you may need
What have you done and what do you plan to do on the wiki: If you can see the tutorial and help sections, i've made some tuts on how to carry yourself up from ELO hell, how to build your champion based on the role you may want to play. I plan to become the LoLWiki like if it was Reddit, full of content, tourneys you maybe want to apply, streams, patches info, champions pre-release info and teasers.
That's basically a short resume.

Reasons you should get this position: I should get this position because I am very experienced with editing and troubleshooting. I can easily spot out problems and fix them. I have experience in almost all of the games that are posted on MPGH, also making me a perfect match for this position. I like to overlook my work, and double check to see that what I wrote or typed is correct. I think before I do. My main games are League of Legends, MapleStory, and Dragonnest, but as I said, I've played most of the games on MPGH! My daily time playing League Of Legends is over 5 Hours a day. I have tons of information that I could give, including Help, Tips, or advice. I am a very friendly person, and so far pretty well known on MPGH. I am very good at making things "Pop Out", and what I mean by this is that, when i type or write, if there is something that I want my viewers to see, I will make it clear to them!

Reasons you should get this position: I should get this position because I am very experienced with editing and troubleshooting. I can easily spot out problems and fix them. Reasons you should get this position:
Extremely educated in League Of Legends, season 1 player. Now, just by looking at the available hours it may seem minimal to the other applicants, but whats the point of being active for so long, if you can only post limited content. I can justify that I can provide higher quality content in minimal hours than those who offer 10+ hours. Also have access to PBE account, but that's not much to brag about. Don't think there is anything else related that would affect my chances of being selected, apart from English being my first language.

What I plan to do? Excessive detailed information on the related topic followed up by High Resolution pictures when necessary, if necessary.

Reasons you should get this position: I believe I should receive this position because not only am I extremely versed in League of Legends, having played over 3000 games, I can voice my own opinion extremely well, I am not afraid to say what I think and type what I think is correct. Although my English does not compare to people who have finished university and have majored in English, I believe that I can inform and express myself to people well enough for them to understand, and even explain what I am saying if they do not. (I also have a very high wpm, 100+ average over 5 minutes, but I don't think that's too important for quality information)

To be honest, I haven't done anything to the wiki, and I didn't realize there was a wiki until a week or so ago, I plan to frequently update the wiki to cater what people think should be on there, and if there is no demand for any material, I will more than likely put information that is relevant, or even make a "did you know" page about random facts about league of legends. I also do graphics and study visual communication in my spare time, and I have seen the wiki in it's current state and it could definitely use a makeover.
