Guys, what should i choose between Ninja and Rogue? Defensive PvP Style?

I want this as a "base" class. I was thinking about rogue cause it's evasion is more bigger than ninja, but if you say so..

Ninja can blind opponents, this is the equivalent to 100% evasion. But on the other hand, Rogue regenerates HP every time it dodges an incoming attack.

Rogue > Ninja. That's why you'll encounter more rogues on the pvp-focused servers.

Rogue and Ninja are best for pawning MOST of the class. But for me, rogue does more of the job.
