It actually wasn't that bad. I did however had to wait for people to finish their reps on certain machines but that was like 5 mins max.

I haven't gone to the gym since last weekend.
Some of you wanted to know my program. This is it:
Warmup: 500m on rowing machine @ level 7
Main: 3 sets of dumbbell goblet squats - 18kg - 15 reps
2 sets of incline leg press - 35kg - 10 reps
3 sets of push ups - 10 reps
3 sets of inverted rows - level 10
3 sets of standing dumbbell press - 9kg - 10 reps
3 sets of lateral pull down - 47kg - 10 reps
3 sets of plank - 35sec
3 sets of medicine ball russian twist - 4kg (gonna bump it up to 6kg or 8kg next week) - 20 reps
Cardio: 15 mins of treadmill at 9km
Thats the program I have for 6 weeks then my trainer will put me onto another program for another 6 weeks. Every week I'm aiming to increase reps and kg's
