    So I have 25$ rigth now.. and I want to donate it.
    But I can't donate it since I don't have a "verified" paypal or a credit card.
    Is there anyway I can still get "donator" by sending the 25$?

    AFAIK you don't need to be to send money. However there are people that offer to validate it for you. Or you can try buying an amazon card with it and contacting Dave.
