That excuse is not going to work. We don't care if your brother did it or your friend did it. In the end it is your account, and your responsibility.

Lying is not going to save you. Making excuses isn't going to save you. You advertised on an alternate account (Mr. Wiki) and that's that. I don't care if your brother did it. The account is under YOUR IP. The "my brother did it" excuse doesn't cut it either.
