To fix NoSpread, simply use your cWeaponInfo class.

Anyway, this patch have nothing more than others, they seems that they canceled from the game some commands and moves gameclientshell at +4 since they added a function in this class.
Also they updated hs and i'm not sure if they changed something with it, gonna check tomorrow.

They didn't remove anything, they just changed their way of doing that, also, runconsolestring has 1 more parameters and everyone were using the copy&pasted way which was posted here ages ago

CABR is intact for now ... and it will take to have this patch.
