Hey guys.
Well.. I think it was at friday, i tried to log in with my main Crossfire account when suddenly "Hack tool has been detected" showed up.
I was like "mhh ok, happens sometimes". Of cause i tried logging in again but cf told me I'd be banned for 3 days.
Well i was totally raged and wrote a support ticket to z8games, because i haven't had any hacks or tools running..

Today at 18:55 I logged in to Crossfire and wanted to join a server when suddenly "Hack tool has been detected" popped up. 
I thought this''d be a bug cause this happens sometimes to me, so I logged in to the game but I''ve been banned for 3 days. 
But why? I havent had any programs opened nor was using cheats or something like this.
I''m mad, cause I''ll loose my honorable soldier ribbon now, though i hadn''t even used hacks.
Please fix it and (if possible) add the honorable soldier ribbon, cause I''d like to show I''m not one of these cheaters.

Recently we have found evidence which proves this account was using malicious software within Cross Fire. This is against our terms and conditions and a ban has been placed on this account.

We would also like to take this time to remind you that Z8Games takes no responsibility for the actions on an account that might have been compromised or lost in some way. If the rules are broken on the account we must take action against that account, regardless of the physical person that might have been playing on it at that time.

and now i havent got my fucking honorable anymore just because gay z8crap is being failing (same as ingame. eg.: meh playin ee doin 4k, need to reload, no time, taking out knife, do knife kill = client error 13_0 though i was not hacking .__.)

Are you sure you didn't have a hack opened or something like that? I've gotten the hack tool detected bug many times and I've never been banned for that, so they probably had a reason to ban you.

Also why use 'gay' as a term to mean bad? There is nothing wrong with someone being 'gay' or 'bisexual', I don't mean to rant but it's one of the things that bothers me.

You also might get banned if some viruses are going trough your PC and changing files (including CF) and that is why u get banned.

I had the same accident, but not with 3 day... With perma bann all with the >300.000 ZP i spend on it...
Z8Gays and CrapTrap is the biggest fail on game publisher history...
