Looking for Save file with ALL quests completed

As stated in the title, I wanted to ask if anyone has a file save with ALL quests complete, including the dlcs? I know betaclay provided us with a post that inlcuded file saves with all quests done in the main game, but not any of the dlcs... Sadly, I just can't go through all the dlcs again for a third to fourth time as my game/computer messed up and reset my main character back to level 28 without the main story completed or any dlcs started.

I didn't have a back-up of my save and that is my bad, but I was hoping somone here could help. I'd very much appreciate it, as I don't want to give up on this game just yet but my frustration level is getting up there having to redo so many quests. Thank you in advance.
