I assume you mean the TLR with stat save and US/EU servers
There is a simple function call in the mission pbo that will add all the money you desire to your bank.

Have you tried the one in batman hacks? I have had reports of it not working in some cases but my testers tells me it works

Have you tried a smaller value than 5 mil? Mine works but I just use increments of 300,000. Same script given to you already though.
