    If he uploaded it to Pastebin. Contact Pastebin through their support to get it removed. Then ask them to ban the IP in which posted that. Cancel your credit cards. Report the skype account that he used. He most likely skype resolved you and got your IP before sending a few UDP packets. Contact your ISP for a ip change and abandon that skype account forever. Because, as soon as you login, he can get your new IP again.

    Contact your credit card companies and have all of them canceled and any charges that were made on it have them investigate it (kid was probably a skid should be easy to find.) Do not use that skype account anymore, contact your ISP for an IP change, and then get a VPN (only like $5)
