For the cyphering, when I cypher the .dlls, they're still detected :C

You've got to Cipher & Rename them mutiple times! + The name should not be related to any hack / mpgh / ava!
If it still doesn't work download Extreme injector (That is stickyed in Combat Arms section) and use the "Scramble .dll" option that you will find in the injector's settings. But don't use it to inject the .dll, use the newest injector you can find.

The ciphered one.

 

If the original .dll is : AVAUAV.dll
You cipher it and rename to : Nice little eyes.dll
Then cipher "Nice little eyes.dll" and rename to: I like that vision.dll
Repeat with "I like that vision.dll" and rename to: Google eyes.dll
...
