Tutorial how to use Mr Xkhen's dragon nest trainer

according to the title..
im sure there are many people that still dont understand how to use Mr Xkhen's trainer, and im also one of that people ofc

then im asking for other who using Xkhen's trainer or maybe Mr Xkhen himself to making a tutorial about how to use that trainer, especially about how to teleporting to some coordinates, or at least giving example video when hunting while using the Mr. Xkhen's trainer...
