Should i get the 7850?

Looking to buy the 7850 for 200-220 dollars and i was wondering if it's enough for Crysis 3 gaming? i have an i7 quad core 6 gigs 1333 Mhz gamer ram, but my card is an 9800 gx2 i'm only upgrading because i need dx11 to play the game..*sigh* i run crysis 2 on this card with 60-100 frames. 1920x1080 res.. wish i could run C3

the 7850 is a really good bang for the buck.. one of the fastest mid end cards.. but dont expect to run crysis 3 at max settings.. even a 7970 barely stands a chance against crysis 3 maxed.. it seems like you can only play that game maxed smoothly with crossfire or sli.. but a 7850 can easily max out older games smoothly

i was able to run crysis 3 with a sapphire 6850 on medium with post processing at low with no AA, you should be able to play on a least high setting. i upgraded to a 7950 by the way. also if you can stretch your budget to 240 there's 7870's priced as low as that online look around you'll find one. if u can't i'd still get the 7850.

Well, i had to help my mother out with rent.. So i had to settle for the 7770 which is running crysis 3 VERY smooth on low and some settings on medium! i just beat campaign on it. I'd have to say for the price, getting 70-100 fps is just out of this world!

7770 still is a decent card!

Yes, don't get the 7850, I would get a newer card like, 7870...

If you have the money why not get a 7870? Then it might play slightly better
