Cannot Play Multiplayer

today i was try to play mw3 and the game start everithing work good but when i was try to connect any server says connecting and dont connect anymore....

banned how ? i was play yesturday and today i canot play and is not about 1 server is about all server....

If it's all servers, then you're surely banned. So wait, are you implying that if someone could play yesterday but not today, they can't be banned? Are you lacking some brain cells or..?

then what wrong here , i change router , i reinstal game, reinstal steam , reinstal windows , and still no work wtf

Try to verify the integrity of game cache on MW3 MP (Google it). You might be missing important files needed... Or Maybe your friend or whoever's account you tried is banned as well... I am not sure though. Worth a shot.
