Did you do the first part of my tutorial only? Or both parts? (I'm not even sure if he mistakenly left out the second part) @mwxplayer Did you use any NP_SendRandomString hook here?

What do you mean both parts? I just did what it said to do to get it to work. I didnt do any NP_SendRandomString hooks and I dont know what they are ._.

Was talking to mwxplayer about the NP_SendRandomString part.

But the tutorial...in the first post, he quoted something I said. Did you do that tutorial? Changing the function to just return? (Push EBP->Ret)

I think you would have understood if you had followed the tutorial correctly.
He speaks of this:

-> Now you should see "push ebp" or something similar. MAKE SURE U ARE AT THE TOP OF THE FUNCTION!
-> Here, just press "Enter" and type "ret", then press Enter again. (So u overwrote the start of the function with a return to caller instruction)

I had the same problem.
I found only one solution to this, redo the tutorial with Cheat Engine before each injection.
But hey it's not very funny. :/
