Its too hard to get a dispute from "gifts sents" But if u want. you can Open the dispute.. And take all legits screenshots from "the skype's chat" and send to paypal and tell them that he asked you (to send the money as "gift" and then he will send his own account he was selling it, but you sent money and didnt get nothing
