I say just do the Dark Crystal Shard in Le Bot and cross your fingers and pray luck is on your side
its 1% drop rate so you must have patience

It isn't that hard though because if you actually farm without using a bot, the non-mem voucher almost always drops between dark crystal shards 20-30.
