    New Paypal

    I need some that doesn't mind making a paypal and who I can trust to make one. I can't make an account because I already have one and you are only allowed to make one. Anyways, for verification process, they require a valid phone number, utility bill, SSN and photo id. You must also have a fax machine to fax the photoid/utility bill. You may also be required to be on the phone a few times calling paypal about their gypsy shit.

    Since I am a nice guy, I will pay some one up front for the account, or give them a cut of the profits. Their information will not be avail. to public.

    The reason I am doing this is because paypal is being ******ry and well, we have server bills to pay for.
