My Suggestions:
1. You mumble a bit, Enunciate your words a bit more.
2.Sound more confident and having fun or angry or some kind of emotion as you speak in a rather monotone voice.
3.Do some basic editing (loads of programs you can get for free),keep the viewers in the action,edit out slow moments,such as Death Wait time.
4.Drop softcore and move up to hard core XD.
