[1.4.7 / 1.5] Updated CTL (Cracked Technic Platform Launcher)

Due to the last one I made got patched, I made a new one.

Features:
- To play cracked (offline) keep the password box empty or enter a wrong password (or just as I did, keep the "Password..." text there)
- To play premium (online) enter your correct details (this is no keylogger!)
- Updated and is now downloading the packs correctly

There was a major mistake at downloading the main jar file... It couldn't create the "cache" folder.
This is now fixed.

LordMau5, do you know what they changed?

Well, you can always check their jenkins build system on the newest builds.
If you click on the build, you can see what got changed there.

No problem guys.
I did this, because my own server is cracked and I'm going to add mods soon... Though some players can't really add mods themselves... this is the easiest way
