Ping Got messed up (Connection or Computer)

My ping was 80-90 Yesterday 14,march,2013 and Today 15,March,2013 My ping is 110-130 What is wrong? Did they move the server? I Live in L.A. And my friends ping is also going to 110-130 but goes back down to 80-90 in the evening but mines is SO F****** sticking to 110-130 and never goes back down (NEVER)
Can any help pls. With good comments will be great.

I'm surprised he's complaining about that much ping.
I get 180-230 ping on average even on my lowest server (us west).
On alpha i get 250-280

i get 65 ping in morning and in evening and it's not changing .

Well No one is using my Wifi.... All I know is that my friend's changes but mines don't his one is alrready 80-90 now Haven't move a bit now....
But mines OMFG! 110-120 now WTTTFFF!!@!@ -_- I feel like im in Brazil/China/SouthAfrica/Etc. but anyways... The problem is... uhhh.uhhhmmmm.uhhh. Crossfire is a bit messed up I went to 1:1 support and they say Many people is experiencing this.. (Like when I was in New york from 10ping to WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHH...... 35-40ping... So I dont get why this is happening. But :P I stole my friends wifi hehehehehe!
