    Question Cooling devices! Cooling tips?

    hey guys is there any good 3rd party CPU cooler for the AMD Athlon II X4 640 because i am planning to overclock it to 3.5Ghz and im wondering if i needed to change the stock cooler or not?

    I do believe you would be alright on stock. It will probably not be anywhere near a comfortable range, but it wont explode too quickly. Your price range for HSFs is whats going to determine what to recommend. What would be your price range for a new HSF?

    Zalman CNPS series would be worth a look. The -10x Extreme is a great one, have it running in another comp. Good temps and a Fan control too. $70 if you want to put in the extra $10.
