Can you be global banned on arma 3?

No, atleast not yet. It's alpha, so battleye probably won't be enabled until beta's release. You can only get banned by admins.

And when that happens you just change your mac address, clone your mac address, and turn everything off. Then back on in order of modem, router, computer and BAM - new ip.

i think only admin banned but i wouldnt advise getting banned before theres someone stealing and selling keys anyways

Didn't anyone notice, you can change your player id in the profiles menu

Even if you do that Admins ban by GUID (I believe) which is like the ID of the key. So you will need to change your key to be unbanned.

You cant be banned yet, how ever i would be careful because server developers are starting to make anti hax and they might send them to Bohemia. Also they might release an official anti hacking system in an update so be very careful to check each time

lolno Monky and his team are doing the same usual shit in DayZ, I don't think they are going to send in their anti-cheats to the devs as they are cheaters theirselves... also even if they did we would just bypass them, the devs can use it but unless they continue to update the devs it won't really stop too many, and even if they do update it they will probably sell the bypass for the updated anti-hack, just like they do now...

No, he probably didn't mean server developer. As Monky/Bowen/anyone in their "team" are the only one's I know of that make anti-hacks in ArmA 3 right now then he has to be referring to them.
