you need:
1 custom class slot
Bling perk
M16A1
Attatchments:
Shotgun
Extended Mag
Ok so do a class with primary weapon M16A1
Use bling perk
attatchments shotgun and extended mag
DONE GO TO PLAY you should have peacekeeper smg
