Step 1: In the network connection icon in the right corner of the computer screen and select Open Network and Sharing Center.

Step 2: Select the Change adapter settings.

Step 3: Select the network icon which you are connecting. Then right-click and select Properties.

Step 4: Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then click Properties.

Step 5: Select Use the following DNS server address. Fill in the 203.119.8.106 and 203.119.36.106 in two lines Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server.

Step 6: Click OK and return to the normal run AVA
